Garlic Ghee
Garlic Ghee
Our Cultured Ghee (butter/ oil) is handcrafted in small batches using traditionally churned artisanal cultured butter. We slow-cook the cultured butter over a gas flame, in the traditional method until water is completely evaporated and milk solids are removed to form the golden liquid known as Ghee. This process creates a rich taste and texture. It is all-natural and is free of unhealthy additives, preservatives, or trans-fat. Use ghee in place of butter, oils and spreads for a healthy and delicious alternative.
Shelf life: Consume within 12 months of opening and store in a dark place; refrigeration is not necessary. Melting or separation of ghee is natural.
Allergen information: Contains dairy. However, the traditional process of making ghee (extra clarified butter) entails heating so that the milk solids (lactose + casein) are not just separated, but caramelized and removed. Many people who are otherwise dairy-free find solace in ghee.

GREAT ALTERNATIVE FOR OIL OR BUTTER
Garlic ghee (clarified butter) can be used anywhere you might traditionally use oil or butter. Cook your eggs with garlic ghee, saute veggies, roast meats, glaze with ghee for BBQ or replace oil with ghee in salad dressings to help break down that hard to digest food, balance acidity and protect your gut lining. I’ve been in search for ghee spreads for a long time in Toronto, and Ghee Delight is a one stop shop for healthy spreads! Their garlic ghee gives an edge while cooking Indian food and is a great substitute for oil. #bigfan
